About Pear Tree Press

Pear Tree Press was founded by children’s book illustrator of twelve years Emma Randall. Alongside her successful career as a children’s book illustrator, the time had come to create a space specially for the greetings card and print side of her illustration practise, so ‘Pear Tree Press’ was born in 2023. What began as selling online with Thortful (now with over 50,000 sales), Pear Tree Press quickly grew to start selling into retail, and is now stocked in a number of wonderful independent shops across the UK.

Emma illustrates each design by hand (absolutely no AI here!), choosing bright colour palettes, using eye catching original patterns and drawing on her years of children’s book character work. She hopes that you enjoy browsing through her colourful, whimsical designs and that they spark joy. There are cards, prints, and other lovingly illustrated paper goods.

Emma lives on the outskirts of Bristol with her graphic designer husband Max, her little boy and twin daughters, and hopes you have a lovely day.
